Summer 2006

Happy Days of Summer! At long last summer is here. Last winter was mild by local standards, but, as usual, much too long. So now we celebrate the return of green vistas, flowers, and long, warm days.

If you are traveling in the area we hope you will stop in and see what's new at Shanware Pottery. (We have been busy during the long, dark winter). You will find many new pots, glaze combinations, and designs as well as one of a kind creations.

New Products: : Ikebana bowls and Toad Abodes are two of our new designs. More items are planned for the near future so be sure to check back at shanware.com.

Landscaping: A start was made at landscaping the front of the new building. Planting beds were created last fall and some shrubs planted. This summer a variety of bulbs and perennials as well as annuals were added.

New E-Mail Address: Shanware Pottery has a new, easier to remember e-mail address, info@shanware.com. This is the address you will find on our new business cards, brochures, etc. Not to worry, the old e-mail address is still active, but will be phased out over time.

Shanware Catalogue: The new 2006-2007 Shanware Catalogue is now available. If you would like to receive one, send a request to: info@shanware.com

Boy enjoys the summer:Once again Boy, our studio cat, is enjoying the return of warm weather and the opportunity to spend long hours outside hunting and just hanging out. The only thing he likes better is greeting cutomers and getting a friendly head scratch.
