Mail Orders
Besides ordering on line using the secure "PayPal" system, if you prefer, you can order by mail. Print and fill out the order form, indicating item numbers, descriptions, desired glazes, quantities and prices for all items. Mail us the completed order with your credit card information or a check or money order (payable to Shanware Pottery). Do not send us your credit card information as e-mail. Please indicate a day and evening phone number, in case we have questions about your order.
Fax and E-Mail Orders
You may fax credit card orders (with completed order form) to us toll free at 1-877-418-0786. You can also contact us via e-mail.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with your selection you may exchange it for anything else of equal value that we produce.
Delivery
We keep as much stock on hand as possible and ship all in-stock orders within one week. On out-of-stock pieces or custom orders, delivery can take from one to two months. Dinnerware sets may take longer. If you have any questions, please call or write us. All orders are shipped either priority mail or UPS unless otherwise requested.
